About the role

Responsible for leading project management initiatives, overseeing team performance, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and monitor progress against goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and strategies.
• Manage team resources, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and performance evaluations.
• Communicate regularly with clients to maintain transparency and address concerns promptly.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
