About the role
Maintain and operate precision machinery to manufacture complex parts. Collaborate with engineers to ensure parts meet design specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and manual machining equipment
- Measure and inspect machined parts using measuring tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or related field
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and manual tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and materials science
- Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes
