Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations while directing, coaching, and developing operations staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure customer needs are met through timely communication and 24/7 operational support when required.
- Champion Safety and Regulatory Compliance - Serve as the site's safety leader by enforcing company safety policies, customer-specific safety requirements, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform all duties of a Safety Representative and oversee compliance across the jobsite.
- Develop and Maintain Safety Programs - Evaluate work environments and implement site-specific safety programs designed to eliminate hazards, reduce workplace injuries, and minimize OSHA citations.
- Identify jobsite deficiencies and develop corrective action plans to ensure timely resolution.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships - Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing responsive service, ensuring operational excellence, and consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Drive Continuous Improvement - Lead initiatives to improve operational processes, safety performance, and employee development through ongoing training, policy implementation, documentation, reporting, and best practice adoption.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Safety, Management, Occupational Health, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in safety management, operations management, or a related leadership role, preferably within a construction or industrial environment.
- Experience: Developing and implementing workplace safety programs.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance requirements.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Training: OSHA 30-Hour certification is preferred.
- Additional: CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, OSHT, or CIH are preferred.
