Mill Clean-Up

Responsibilities

• Sweeping
• Shoveling
• Climbing ladders
• Operating a wheelbarrow and skid steer
• Operating an industrial vacuum
• Cleaning waste containers and transporting waste
• Picking up refuse from plant grounds
• Yard work
• Maintaining cleanliness of the general mill (inside/outside areas not covered by department janitors)

Requirements

• Ability to work in various jobs and rotate to different duties
• Follow written and verbal job instructions
• Provide feedback and apply critical thinking
• Use a computer and read
• Use personal safety equipment in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery, fast‑paced forklift traffic, machine noise, and seasonal conditions
• Work weekends
• Be a team player in a family‑oriented setting
