What You Will Do
- Control and organize the truck loading and unloading operation.
- Monitoring silo levels and ensure against product spills.
- Accurately monitor and document production and CIP (cleaning in place) with sterilization as required throughout the process.

- Ability to work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, must be able to complete multiple and repetitive tasks, must be committed to accuracy and quality.
- Work with others to achieve team goals.
- Must be available for multiple shifts in a 24/7 environment.
- Must maintain high attendance standards and be trusted with a high level of responsibility.
- Must be capable of heavy lifting (up to 70 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
- Successfully fulfill all job responsibilities
What You Will Need
- The Operator is responsible for obtaining a valid milk sampling and testing license and conduct proper sampling and testing techniques.
- Valid Washington Driver’s License.
- Obtain all required regulatory permits within the first 3 months.

Pay
- Hourly compensation range: $20.47 to $25.59 per hour, based on contract brackets
- Premium pay for off shifts (night, swing) and vacation relief (where applicable)
Hourly Union Specific contract per location.
