Milk Receiving 3rd Shift
About the role
Effectively monitor milk receiving & loadout equipment including but not limited to: analyzing equipment, silos, valves, pumps and cleaning equipment while adhering to all Saputo guidelines, policies, standards & procedures. Follow Appendix N procedures & record keeping practices in relationship to antibiotic screening of all incoming milk loads. Communicate with downstream & upstream operators to ensure accurate identification & release of milk loads. Record & interpret data to make informed decisions for optimum cheese making conditions. Clean all related equipment as needed to ensure sanitary conditions. Perform assigned Master Sanitation duties.
Job Requirements
- CDFA Samplers & Weighers license
- Within 6 months of promotion must apply for a Samplers & Weighers license and have within 1 year to obtain and up to 3 attempts to pass California State Appendix N certification
