Main Responsibilities
Engage in innovative projects and problem-solving activities within the aerospace industry.
Requirements
- Must meet DoD SkillBridge eligibility criteria as per DODI 1322.29
- At least 180 days of active duty service
- Within 12 months of separation or retirement
- To receive an honorable discharge
- To have taken any service TAPS/TGPS
- To have attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
- To have received written authorization and approval from a unit commander (O-4/Field Grade) to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program
Qualifications
Valuable civilian work experience during the last 180 days of military commitment.
Skills
- Strong technical skills in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Systems, Composites, and related fields
- CNC proficiency
- UAS Pilot certification
- Drafting and Engineering Technician experience
- Business Development and Marketing knowledge
- Aircraft Integrations and Modification expertise
- Composite Technician capabilities
- Other relevant skills as specified
