Overview
This SaaS client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support targeted military and veteran recruitment programs.
Responsibilities
- Help build the company's G&A, Tech, and GTM Sales organizations.
- Manage and support the entire recruiting process, focusing on recruiting military personnel transitioning to the private sector as well as veterans.
- Proactively network, cold-call, and dive into passive candidate networks throughout various markets.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience is required. (4-10 years of recruitment experience is the target experience range)
- Demonstrated success recruiting transitioning military personnel and veterans is required. In lieu of military and veteran specific recruiting experience, an individual's own military service will be considered.
- Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Development skills are essential.
- PREFERRED TOOLS: Workday Recruiter, Google Workspace, Slack, Gem, GoodTime. Experience recruiting for the tech industry is a plus but not required.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $48-52/hour. Duration: 6 months initially with extensions based on client need and performance. Potential temp to hire based on performance and headcount approval.
