Situational Role Player

Compensation & Benefits
Estimated Starting Salary Range: $18.00-$19.00
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts communications in English and meets oral, written, and conversational grammar requirements in accordance with the training scenario.
  • Realistically, accurately, and convincingly portrays HUMINT and CI sources in a variety of role-playing scenarios, in diversified settings and environments, such as practical, situational exercises.
  • Memorizes critical data contained in each role.
  • Remains sufficiently familiar with each role so as to portray assigned role with little reliance on or referral to the role script.
  • Covers information and data in response to students’ correct and proper interview skills, questioning, and/or elicitation techniques, in accordance with Government provided references, procedures, and forms.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma.
  • 2 years related experience.
  • Experience with situational training is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to realistically convey the required characteristics of roles as they are assigned.
  • Proficient in the English language, able to communicate effectively with Team Leaders, and capable of following verbal directions in English from the testing lane.

  • NCOIC (Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge).
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal Company Information.
