Military Fellowship Program
The Dominion Energy Military Fellowship Program is a corporate internship aligned with the Department of Defense SkillBridge program. Eligible servicemembers with command approval can participate in internships up to 180 days before separation. The program provides meaningful, hands-on experience that may lead to full-time employment.
Servicemember Requirements
- Meet all instructional criteria outlined in DODI 1322.29 and relevant Service instructions.
- Obtain command approval to participate (signature required on Intern Application).
- Provide final notification of command approval to the Employer.
Supply Management
Dominion Energy’s Supply Management organization performs the following functions, among other related tasks in support of the company’s business:
- Performs supply chain and logistics functions including materials and service procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, category management, vendor selection, and distribution.
- Creates integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers.
- Establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.
- Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.
- Prepares bids or requests for proposals (RFPs), including specifications and requirements; negotiates contract terms and participates in the determination of acceptable bids.
Job Summary
Fellowship opportunities are aligned with our long-term workforce needs and provide transitioning servicemembers with meaningful, hands-on experience that may lead to full-time employment upon separation from the military. Fellowship durations may vary and can extend up to 180 days, based on mutual agreement between the selected servicemember and their military command.

Education Requirements
A degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education. Associates or Bachelors degrees in Business, Engineering, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or other disciplines may be accepted.
