About the role
SNC's Military Fellowship Program provides up to six months of on-the-job industry training for eligible service members transitioning to the civilian workforce. Participants gain valuable work experience and build professional networks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into actionable tasks and set timeframes
- Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate project execution and assign tasks to internal teams
- Assist with schedule management
- Ensure clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Help prepare budgets, analyze risks and opportunities, monitor project progress and address issues
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
- Work with the Program Manager to remove roadblocks
- Use tools to monitor and control performance
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and status reports
Requirements
- Currently serving as active duty military and eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 2+ years of relevant experience
- A higher level degree may substitute for experience
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Fundamental MS Office Skills
- Manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ownership of tasks, organization skills and attention to detail
- Possess strong communication and client-facing, teamwork skills
- Obtain and maintain a US Security clearance
Qualifications
- Prior Experience with:
- Development of proposals to include administrative tasks as assigned
- Data entry into PM Systems
- Collaborating with internal Leadership, vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams, such as IPT leads, CAMs, Tech Leads and PA’s to ensure program activities will accomplish objectives
- Conflict resolution especially those related to resource assignments
- Monitoring project progress against baseline schedule and facilitating process improvement initiatives

Pay
Estimated Starting Salary Range: $30.35 - $41.73. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
