Administer functional tests along with troubleshooting at a system level down to the component level
Maintain records of the mentioned special test processes
Execute within a well-defined operations framework
Perform special test following test specifications and procedures for high volume manufacturing
Set up and perform test with minimal direction using sophisticated equipment
Perform analyses and diagnostics of process, products, computers, and test equipment used in systems verification

Troubleshoot electronics systems, circuit card assemblies to component level with analog, digital, and microprocessor-based circuits, assemblies, and test equipment
Prescribe rework instructions for products needing repair
Ensure product compliance and quality
Attend and participate in team meetings

Active Military personnel on their last 180 days of Military service
Associate's degree in an electronics technology discipline from an accredited university or college (or High School diploma / GED with at least two years of experience in Testing and/or Troubleshooting)
Active security clearance
Experience in high volume production environment
Experience troubleshooting analog and digital circuits
Experience with general purpose test instruments (digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, phase angle voltmeters and automated test equipment)
Experience in functional testing and environmental stress screening of class 3 electronics systems
Experience using hand tools for electronics disassembly and troubleshooting
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 soldering specifications
Basic understanding of embedded software
Familiar with Electric Static Discharge precautions
Able to follow technical procedures and specifications
Able to read and understand technical documentation such as schematic diagrams, drawings, and parts lists
Keen attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and PDF Viewers
