Schedule

Part Time - 3 Shifts per week - with preference of availability on Monday and Thursday - 3rd shift can be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates curriculum-based groups.
• Provides meal monitoring and support.
• Documentation of groups, meals, and patient check-ins and observations.
• Provides support to Milieu including:
  • De-escalation and crisis management
  • Bathroom monitoring
  • Monitoring outside breaks
  • Conducts self-harm and suicide assessment
  • Support morning routine in IP/Res programs
  • Collect weights, vitals, and urine in some settings
• Implements individual behavior management plans for some patients and serves as clinical lead for the program in standalone programs in evenings and weekends. Will lead more advanced groups.
• Coverage for Primary Therapists with support from Clinical Manager or Clinical Director.
• May be required to work on-call shifts based on business needs, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mental health or related degree program (required).
• Master’s degree in mental health or related degree program (required).
• Intern or associate license from appropriate state licensing board (required).
• Minimum 18 months of experience in a behavioral health or related field (requirement waived with relevant master's degree).

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year facilitating groups (preferred).
