MIG Welder Weekend Shift

About the role

Hire Dynamics is currently seeking experienced MIG Welders for a weekend shift opportunity with a leading manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for candidates with strong welding skills who are looking to maximize their work week while enjoying additional days off.

Schedule

Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM. Overtime may be available based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on manufactured metal components according to specifications and blueprints
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions
• Set up welding equipment and ensure proper machine settings
• Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards
• Use grinders, hand tools, and measuring devices as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Meet daily production and quality goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or fabrication experience
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required
• Experience working with steel and other metal materials
