MIG Welder - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. This role requires producing high-quality welds efficiently while meeting customer specifications and ensuring proper inspection and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Producing precise, high-quality welds
• Determining appropriate welding methods based on blueprints
• Performing first-piece checks and submitting for quality inspection
• Maintaining production records and organizing workflow for efficiency
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum one year MIG welding/fabrication experience
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret welding symbols
• Comfort with various weld positions (flat, horizontal, vertical uphill)
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
