MIG Welder/Fabricator

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality welds efficiently to meet customer specifications.
• Determine appropriate welding methods when not specified on blueprints.
• Perform first-piece checks and submit for quality assurance inspection.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct part quantities.
• Organize work based on complexity, method, and completion time for timely processing.
• Perform additional duties as required to support manufacturing processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfort with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency in work performance.
• Efficient, precise, quality-focused, organized, safety-conscious, and adaptable to various welding tasks.
