MIG Welder/Fabricator

About the role

We are seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused environment. This full-time role requires in-person work in Olathe, KS, with relocation as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-quality welds efficiently to meet customer specifications
• Determining appropriate welding methods when not specified on blueprints
• Performing first-piece checks and submitting parts for quality inspection
• Maintaining production records to ensure correct output
• Organizing work based on complexity and deadlines to ensure timely completion
• Adhering to safety standards and other duties as assigned

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Proficiency with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
