MIG Welder/Fabricator

About the role

We are seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our dedicated weld team in a customer-focused environment. This role requires producing high-quality welds efficiently and accurately, meeting customer specifications and ensuring parts are correctly welded through proper inspection and record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of MIG welding and fabrication experience, be proficient in reading blueprints and welding symbols, and comfortable performing flat, horizontal, and vertical welds. Strong attention to detail and efficiency are essential. This full-time, in-person role requires relocation to Olathe, KS, and offers a supportive, safety-first culture with opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

• At least one year of MIG welding and fabrication experience
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and welding symbols
• Ability to perform flat, horizontal, and vertical welds
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Welding parts to high standards
• Determining appropriate welding methods based on blueprints
• Performing quality checks before completing jobs
• Managing production records and organizing work for efficiency
• Performing other duties as assigned
