MIG Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Produce high-quality welds efficiently to meet customer specifications.Determine appropriate welding methods when not specified on blueprints.Perform first-piece checks and submit for quality assurance inspection.Maintain accurate production records and ensure timely completion of job orders.Organize work based on complexity, method, and completion time to optimize workflow.Perform other duties as required. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.Proficiency in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.Experience welding mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel.Strong attention to detail and efficiency in work.
