About the role
We are seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality welds efficiently, ensuring materials meet customer specifications.
- Determine appropriate welding methods based on blueprints or specifications.
- Perform first-piece checks and submit for quality assurance inspection.
- Maintain production records to ensure correct part quantity.
- Organize work processes based on job complexity and deadlines for timely completion.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
- Proficiency in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
- Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel, and galvannealed steel.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
Pay
Competitive hourly rate of $30‑$35, with performance reviews and pay increases every 3 months.
