MIG Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused environment. The role involves producing high-quality welds efficiently, interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, and selecting appropriate welding methods. Responsibilities include performing first-piece checks, maintaining production records, organizing work based on complexity and deadlines, and ensuring parts meet customer specifications. Qualifications: At least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience, proficiency in reading blueprints, and comfort with various weld positions including flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds. Strong attention to detail and efficiency are essential. Key Duties: Produce precise welds, verify quality before full production, manage job orders effectively, and adhere to safety standards. Additional duties as assigned. Skills: MIG welding expertise, blueprint comprehension, and precision-focused work ethic.
