About the role

We are seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. The role requires producing high-quality welds efficiently, interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, and performing first-piece checks to ensure adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Organizing work for timely completion
• Maintaining production records
• Ensuring parts meet customer standards

Requirements

At least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience; comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds; strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Schedule

Full-time, in-person position based in Olathe, KS (relocation required). Work in a fully air-conditioned environment designed for craftsmanship.
