About the role
We are seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. The role involves producing high-quality welds efficiently and accurately, interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, and selecting appropriate welding methods to meet specifications. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Olathe, KS, as the position is in-person.
Responsibilities
- Produce precise, high-quality welds efficiently
- Ensure materials meet customer specifications
- Perform initial quality checks and submit parts for inspection
- Maintain accurate production records
- Organize work to meet deadlines and job complexity
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Comfortable with various welding positions, including uphill welds
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
