Responsibilities include performing first-piece checks, maintaining production records, organizing work based on complexity and deadlines, and ensuring parts meet customer specifications. Candidates should have at least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience and be comfortable with various welding positions, demonstrating strong attention to detail and efficiency.
