MIG Welder - Competitive Pay + Bonus

We are seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Include Producing high-quality welds efficiently to meet customer specifications.Determining appropriate welding methods when not specified in blueprints.Performing first-piece checks and submitting parts for quality assurance.Maintaining production records to ensure correct part counts.Organizing work for timely and efficient completion of various job orders.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications And Skills Required Minimum of 3+ years experience in MIG welding and fabrication.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.Proficiency in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel, and galvannealed steel.Strong attention to detail and focus on efficiency.
