MIG Welder - Competitive Pay + Bonus

We are seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a customer-focused environment. The role requires producing high-quality, efficient welds that meet customer specifications, including interpreting blueprints and welding symbols. Responsibilities include performing first-piece checks, maintaining production records, organizing work to ensure timely completion, and welding mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel in various positions. Qualifications include at least 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience, proficiency in reading blueprints, and attention to detail. The candidate should be comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds. Key duties encompass ensuring weld quality, adhering to specifications, and maintaining efficient workflow.
