About the role

We are seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our growing team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. The role involves producing high-quality welds efficiently, interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, and selecting appropriate welding methods to meet specifications. The position is full-time and requires in-person work in Olathe, KS, with relocation if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece checks
• Maintain production records
• Organize work based on complexity and deadlines
• Ensure parts are welded correctly

Requirements

• At least one year of MIG welding and fabricating experience
• Proficiency in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints
• Commitment to working safely and efficiently to meet customer and quality standards
