About the role

Marine Concepts is seeking experienced MIG welders to shape and weld framing for fiberglass molds. Fabrication experience is a plus. The position requires attention to detail, high quality standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines. The facility is enclosed but without climate control.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of MIG welding experience (required)
• Fabrication experience (preferred)
• Ability to work in an enclosed manufacturing facility without climate control
• Dependable, hardworking, and motivated
• Must pass a drug test (drug-free workplace)

Pay

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• First shift (day shift, 8-hour shifts)
• Overtime available
• Some positions may require flexibility, including 10 or 12-hour shifts
