MIG TIG Welder | Holly, Flint, & Livonia

About the role

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced MIG/TIG Welders for manufacturing facilities. All welders are required to take a weld test which may include vertical, horizontal, and flat welds. Pay is weekly with options for direct deposit. Employees with perfect attendance earn a weekly bonus of $1.40/hour. Second shift workers receive a $0.50 shift premium.

Pay

$20.45/hr - $23.10/hr

Schedule

• 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 2nd shift: 4:00pm - 12:30am
• Monday - Friday with occasional mandatory Saturdays
• Full-time, contract/temporary with potential to go direct

Responsibilities

• Receive and perform all assigned work
• Inspect weld equipment for operation
• Place and weld parts as per instructions and/or white sample
• Scan over finished products and correct any deficiencies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Adhere to all ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as listed in procedures or assigned by managers

Requirements

• Must pass weld test
• MIG & TIG welding experience
• Mechanical/fabrication knowledge
• Able to lift 40 lbs
• Able to stand for entirety of shift (8-10 hours)
• Steel-toed boots and jeans required
• Must pass drug test (THC is not included)
