About the role

MJ Celco is a family-owned metal stamping and fabrication company seeking an experienced MIG & TIG Welder to join our team in Schiller Park. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Grind, fit, and prepare materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with fabrication and production teams

Requirements

• Previous MIG & TIG welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Four, 10-hour work days (Mon - Thurs, 6am - 4:30pm)
