- Proficient in Manual and Machine TIG Welding
- Knowledge of welding defects and their causes
- Understanding of Porosity in welding
- Knowledge of Material Grades
- Experience with various thicknesses of materials during welding
- Understanding of different types of welding
- Knowledge of welding penetration
- Experience with welding processes
- Hands-on experience with GMAW and GTAW
- Able to read and write daily reports in English
