TIG/MIG Welder
About the role
We, at Leggett & Platt Moiron Division, are searching for a TIG/MIG Welder at our Sparta, MI branch to support our Work Furniture business.
Responsibilities
- Welds metal parts primarily with TIG/MIG welding equipment as specified by layout, welding diagram, or work order.
- Production welding requires repetitive welding of the same part.
- You may get the opportunity to operate one or many of our other processes including lasers, benders, robotic welders, drill presses, punch presses, sanding, and welding.
Requirements
- Past experience or education with TIG/MIG welding.
- TIG/MIG Test will be given to final applicants.
- Passion for the art of welding.
Qualifications
- Actual experience in a fast-paced metal fabrication facility where you experienced production TIG/MIG welding is a plus.
