MIG/TIG Welder - 2nd Shift

We are a privately‑held independent metal fabrication company that produces components used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers’ needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value. Our capabilities include CNC machining, full metal fabrication (laser, brake, welding), painting, integrated assemblies and more. Our facility includes the latest manufacturing technology and equipment. Coming in 2027, we will open a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art, fully air‑conditioned facility.

Responsibilities

• Set‑up, lay‑out, tack‑up and weld sheet metal in constructing customer parts and components.
• Tack and/or weld metal parts together using MIG and/or TIG welding.
• Safely apply welds per specifications to produce completed product.
• Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material.
• Perform porosity‑free TIG welding and MIG welding.

Requirements

• 2+ years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to set‑up jobs from prints.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attendance.
• Positive “can do” attitude.

Preferred Experience

• Certificate from a college or technical school.
• Robot welding experience.
