MIG & TIG Welder | 2nd Shift

Location: Holly, MI 48442

Pay

$20.45–$23.10 per hour. Second-shift workers receive a $0.50 shift premium. Weekly attendance bonus of $1.40/hour for perfect attendance (reporting on time every scheduled day). Pay is issued weekly with direct-deposit option.

Schedule

• 1st shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd shift: 4:00 PM–12:30 AM

Monday–Friday with occasional mandatory Saturdays. Full-time, contract/temporary position with potential to convert to direct hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive and perform all assigned work
• Inspect weld equipment for proper operation
• Place and weld parts according to instructions and/or white sample
• Scan over finished products and correct any deficiencies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Adhere to all ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as listed in procedures or assigned by managers

Requirements

• Must pass a weld test (may include vertical, horizontal, and flat welds)
• MIG & TIG welding experience
• Mechanical/fabrication knowledge
• Able to lift 40 lbs
• Able to stand for the entirety of an 8–10-hour shift
• Must wear steel-toed boots and jeans
• Must pass a drug test (THC is excluded)
