This position is based in our new Sterling Heights, MI plant and reports to the Molding Manager.
About the role
The Midnight Molding Supervisor provides leadership on the production floor to ensure a high level of safety, productivity, and morale. This role is a key player in driving ongoing changes and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Comply with health and safety rules
- Ensure quality of products
- Drive productivity improvements
- Train and evaluate team member performance
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience
- Strong background in injection molding
- Familiarity with automotive interior products (an asset)
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Periodic travel within the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
Schedule
Midnight shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM, Sunday – Thursday
