About the Role
With exemplary integrity and professionalism, this role acts as an integral part of the Workforce Solutions MidMarket Sales Team, Strategic Business Unit Team, and Traditional Employment Service Team to accomplish the Insperity Mission and Vision. The role involves complete ownership of project management for all applicable Business Performance Solutions (BPS) implementation projects, interfacing with customers, SBU Teams, and Traditional Employment Service Teams for flawless execution. Actions are customer-focused, based on the customer’s BPS needs and choices determined during consultative exchanges.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers regarding their current and future BPS needs, including payroll and reporting requirements.
- Advise customers on selecting the most appropriate systems to implement and develop implementation strategies.
- Translate specified requirements to SBU and Traditional Employment Service Teams.
- Strategize with customer leadership on current processes and determine the vision and systems needed to develop executable, realistic, and results-oriented service improvements.
- Maintain outstanding customer service standards as the owner of the customer experience during implementation by conducting regular quality checks to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a liaison to build excellent relationships with internal service providers and ensure ongoing knowledge transfer to the Account Manager for customer support.
- Recognize potential Insperity BPS opportunities during implementation and work with the Traditional Employment Account Manager and MidMarket Business Performance Consultant to address customer needs with appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Lead cross-functional implementation project teams and manage multiple BPS implementation projects to ensure error-free payrolls during implementation.
- Schedule and lead regular meetings with customers and internal teams to ensure continuous communication, oversight of milestone progression, and efficient use of resources.
- Confer with internal stakeholders on areas for improvement.
- Complete BPS implementation projects as required, adhering to project schedules, solving day-to-day issues with minimal supervision, and answering questions related to project execution.
- Escalate complex issues to internal leadership and follow through to resolution, ensuring communication to all impacted parties.
- Train customers on the self-service aspects of implemented BPS as needed.
- Maintain general knowledge of all BPS SaaS system applications and service processes, and participate in systems testing as needed.
- Consolidate and convey lessons-learned summaries to appropriate parties at the conclusion of each implementation project.
- Establish project plans/Gantt charts based on prioritized tasks, available resources, work schedules, and implementation milestones.
- Provide project management support to Workforce Optimization new client on-boardings as necessary.
- Assist in accomplishing Insperity Company goals and help other employees do the same.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
- Participate in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent project management/implementation work experience of 5-7 years.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with SaaS implementation of Human Resource solutions (e.g., Payroll, HCM, Time and Attendance, Expense Management, Performance Management) and practices/procedures of Recruiting, Retirement, Financial, and Insurance Services preferred.
- Project management skills to plan and direct time, budget, and resources to meet implementation timeline objectives.
- Ability to develop and leverage collaborative work relationships to accomplish implementation goals.
- Comfort with technology solutions such as Microsoft Office suite and project management tools like Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication skills in a customer-focused service environment; ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
- Critical analysis and quick decision-making skills to accurately identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities.
