About the role

The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience litigating complex commercial disputes related to design and construction. A degree or background experience in the design/construction industry would also be beneficial. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as be admitted and in good standing to practice.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with experienced lawyers to provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
  • Assume independent and team-based responsibilities in handling complex litigation matters.
  • Provide high-quality client service and support.

Requirements

  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications
