Midlevel Construction & Infrastructure Litigation Associate
About the role
The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience litigating complex commercial disputes related to design and construction. A degree or background experience in the design/construction industry would also be beneficial. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as be admitted and in good standing to practice.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with experienced lawyers to provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
- Assume independent responsibility for litigation matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to achieve client objectives.

Benefits
Compensation: Base Salary of $210,000 - $265,000 per year. The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
