Job Description

The primary responsibility is to lead and coach the middle school volleyball team. Duties include organizing practices, managing team schedules, and preparing players for competitions.

• Organize and conduct weekly volleyball practices
• Manage team schedules and travel arrangements
• Develop and implement training programs to improve player skills
• Communicate with parents and students about team activities and expectations
• Attend games and tournaments to support the team
