Coach in alignment with the school's mission: to provide an excellent Christ-centered education rooted in the Word of God, using athletics as a platform for discipleship and growth.

Model Christ-Centered Leadership

• Exemplify Christ-centered leadership through exemplary sportsmanship, integrity, and conduct on and off the court.
• Respect, value, and dignify each student-athlete as an individual created in God’s image.

Collaborate with Other Coaches

• Collaborate with other middle school volleyball coaches to ensure unity in philosophy, expectations, and discipleship across the volleyball program.

Leadership and Oversight

• Establish and communicate time commitments that honor the primary importance of each student-athlete’s academic, family, and faith responsibilities.
• Foster a culture of belonging, accountability, and mutual support among athletes and coaches.

Stay Informed and Supportive

• Maintain awareness of current volleyball strategies, skill development, and coaching best practices.
• Be available to parents at mutually convenient times and in accordance with athletic department communication guidelines.

Advocate for Student-Athletes' Holistic Well-Being

• Work collaboratively with school personnel to advocate for the holistic well-being of student-athletes.

Equipment Management

• Oversee the inventory, care, and maintenance of all volleyball equipment.

Encourage Multi-Sport Participation

• Encourage and support multi-sport participation among student-athletes.
