Middle School Track Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the high school cross-country team during practices and competitions.
• Foster an environment of teamwork, discipline, and excellence.
• Encourage the spiritual, physical, and emotional growth of student-athletes.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to develop a holistic athletic program.
• Maintain a positive and respectful relationship with students, parents, and faculty.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cross-country and coaching strategies.
• Previous experience in coaching cross-country, ideally at the high school level or above.
• A personal commitment to the Christian faith and to the mission of Greenleaf Friends Academy.
• Strong communication skills.
