Middle School Track and Field Assistant Coach — Field Events (seasonal)

About the role

Teaching, coaching, and mentoring 30+ Middle School athletes. Will report directly to the Head Coach.

Responsibilities

• Attend practices and meets.
• Develop and implement workouts appropriate for varying skill levels.
• Communicate and work well with other coaches, parents, and student‑athletes.
• Help student‑athletes reach their potential.
• Report directly to the Head Coach.

Qualifications

• Experience competing as a field event athlete at the high school or college level.
• Passion for the sport of track & field, especially the field events.
• Valid driver’s license.

Schedule

February‑mid May; practices Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm; no weekend responsibilities.
