• Delivered small-group and one-on-one instruction to reinforce classroom lessons in reading, writing, mathematics, and other core subjects.

• Supported students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), 504 Plans, and intervention strategies as directed.
• Maintained accurate records of student progress, documented academic and behavioral performance, and communicated observations with teachers and support staff.
• Aided in implementing classroom management strategies and promoted positive student behavior.
• Prepared instructional materials, learning activities, and classroom resources to support daily instruction.
• Supervised students during classroom transitions, lunch, recess, arrival, dismissal, and school activities.
• Fostered a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that encouraged student participation and independence.
• Communicated effectively with teachers, administrators, specialists, and families regarding student progress when appropriate.
• Participated in staff meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives to support student success.
