General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube) Join the World's Largest Midas Franchisee - Now Proudly Part of the Mavis Tire Family! We have joined the Mavis Tire family, combining our rich history in the automotive industry with the support and stability of Mavis's national platform. We are currently seeking full-time General Service Technician for our state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Schenectady, NY.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service while earning weekly bonus payments tied to each service performed on top of a guaranteed hourly rate.
• Participate in paid training to learn all necessary skills (no prior experience required).

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn and be trained.

Pay

Competitive weekly pay: guaranteed base pay plus significant weekly bonus potential. Weekly bonus payments are tied to each service performed, added to the guaranteed hourly rate.

Schedule

5-day work week with Sundays and one other weekday off.
