Midas - General Service Technicians

About the role

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking a full‑time General Service Technician for its state‑of‑the‑art service, repair, and tire center in Streetsboro, OH.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Perform tire services including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Provide best‑in‑class automotive service.
• Receive weekly bonus payments tied to each service performed, in addition to guaranteed hourly pay.
• Participate in paid training to learn all required skills.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Dependable, team‑oriented mindset with a focus on providing quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required; willingness to train motivated individuals.

Pay

Competitive weekly pay: guaranteed base pay plus significant weekly bonus potential, with additional bonus payments tied to every service performed.

Schedule

5‑day work week with Sundays and one other weekday off.
