Midas - General Service Technicians

About the role

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking a full‑time General Service Technician for its state‑of‑the‑art service, repair, and tire center in Sylvania, OH.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Perform tire services including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Provide best‑in‑class automotive service to keep customers’ vehicles operating safely.
• Earn weekly bonus payments tied to each service performed, in addition to a guaranteed hourly rate.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Dependable, team‑oriented, and committed to delivering quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn through paid training is essential.

Pay

Guaranteed base hourly pay plus weekly bonus payments for each service performed; bonus potential is significant and tied to productivity.

Schedule

Five‑day work week with Sundays and one other weekday off.
