About the role

Automotive Store Managers join Auto Systems Centers, now part of the Mavis Tire family, where you'll manage a retail store, drive sales, and ensure profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and monitor inventory and expenses
• Manage personnel and control operating costs
• Implement and manage sales programs
• Direct the work of technicians and mechanics
• Communicate with customers, assess needs, and provide automotive repair and maintenance information
• Track personal success through Midas's digital dashboard

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail store management experience, or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing quality service in a fast-paced environment
