Responsibilities

• Drive sales and monitor inventory and expenses.
• Manage personnel and control operating costs.
• Implement and manage sales programs.
• Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure the timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Track personal success through Midas's revolutionary digital dashboard and lead by example to reinforce Midas's position as the premier tire and auto service retailer.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in retail store management, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
