Mid Target Intel Analyst

This position supports the United States Central Command J2 Directorate through the analysis of Target intelligence. Your fused analysis and assessment will be vital to the decision-making of senior leaders, including the CENTCOM Commander. You will witness the impact of your analysis indirectly on the battlefield and through strategic decisions made by leaders throughout the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Target Intelligence analysis and produce intelligence products in support of global missions and customers.
• Apply ODNI analytic tradecraft standards to conduct research using a variety of databases and toolsets, compile and analyze complex data, and develop assessments in support of the team’s mission.
• Provide personnel with skills and knowledge to support the Joint Intelligence Center, including, in some cases, 24/7 shift work for situational awareness and warning.
• Maintain the ability to conduct all-source analysis of the USCENTCOM AOR and USCENTCOM Areas of Interest (AOI) (as defined by the Unified Command Plan).
• Gather and analyze information, and provide recommendations necessary for the Government to produce, disseminate, and apply intelligence products in the following subject areas:

Requirements

• 4–8 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or DD-214 in a related field (specific military occupational specialties include:
  • USN: 183X, 3912, 3913, 3924
  • USA: 35A, 35F
  • USAF: 14N, 1N0, 1N1B
  • USMC: 020X, 0231
• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (CIP) security clearance.

Pay

$80,000 – $85,000 (good-faith estimate; actual compensation may vary based on job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws).
