These products are often sophisticated systems that run on the web. The Systems Engineer integrates various network operating systems, application programs, and hardware devices.

  • Operate independently and manage workload across competing priorities in a small, fast-moving team.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance (DoD).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field.
  • Must be located within the vicinity of one of the Network Operations Centers (Norfolk, San Diego, or Pearl Harbor) to facilitate classified physical access.
  • CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent) certification (IAT Level II).
  • Extensive experience with RHEL 8 and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Large enterprise experience in a hybrid cloud environment.
  • Experience with RHEL 6 and 7, Scaled Agile methodology, Azure, VMware, and Linux certification.
  • Experience with DoD STIG testing and implementation, Ansible Automation, Satellite, AAP, and scripting.

Pay

Salary range: $85,000 – $110,000 per year. Compensation is based on responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, certifications, and other requirements.

Benefits

  • 100% premium coverage for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.
  • Supplemental Insurance.
  • 401K matching.
  • Flexible Time Off (PTO/Holidays).
  • Higher Education/Training Reimbursement.
